Plans renew automatically each month or year, at the plan’s price, until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account; you keep the plan to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and payments aren’t refunded for the rest of it. Changing plan, billing period or accounts starts a new period that day at the new price, less a credit for what’s left of the current one, by the time or the actions left, whichever is less. The buyer is the team’s owner and uses one of its accounts. An action is a site search or an AI request. Prices in U.S. dollars, plus any tax that applies. By choosing a plan you agree to the Terms.

How many actions do we get?: Each account gets its own actions every month: 1,000 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth and 3,000 on Enterprise. That’s about 45, 70 and 135 every working day. They refill every month, on yearly plans too, and they’re each person’s own, not shared across the team.
What if we run out?: Actions refill every month. An Enterprise team can also buy extra actions at any time, 3 for every dollar: $50 for 150, $100 for 300, $250 for 750 or $500 for 1,500. They’re shared by the whole team, used only once an account’s monthly actions run out, and last 12 months. On Starter or Growth, moving up a plan gives every account more actions each month, which works out cheaper.
What counts as an action?: Each site you search (an address, a ZIP or a point you click on the map) and each AI request: a question, a memo, a document check, a business-type match or scoring criteria. Searching a site you’ve searched before counts again. Changing an open report’s distances or the business type doesn’t. Your account page lists every action.
How do the accounts work?: Whoever buys the plan owns the team and uses one of its accounts. They choose how many accounts to pay for, on any plan, and add teammates by email from their account page. Each person signs in with their own email and gets their own actions.
Do more accounts cost less?: Yes. The more accounts your team has, the less each one costs, and the plan cards show what that saves you as you add them. You can add accounts, or drop ones you no longer need, from your account page at any time.
Monthly or yearly?: Yearly costs less. For one account, Starter saves $500 a year, Growth $800 and Enterprise $1,800, and the saving grows with every account. You can switch between monthly and yearly from your account page.
What do I get before paying?: Anyone can search and see the report blurred. A free account comes with a free trial: 10 actions over 3 days, starting with its first search, and no card. It’s once per person.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Any time, from your account. A change starts a new billing period that day at the new price, less a credit for what’s left of your current plan: its unused share by the time left or by your team’s actions left, whichever is less. Your account page shows the price, the credit and what’s due before you confirm. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can prices or allowances change?: Yes. We may change prices, plans, what each includes and how many actions it comes with at any time, and new plans get the change straight away. A plan you’ve already paid for gets it at its next renewal, and if it raises your price or cuts your actions, the team’s owner hears from us at least 30 days before, so you can cancel first. The Terms have the details.
How do the AI tools count?: Each AI request is one action. When a question or a document check has to pull reports on sites, each site is one more, the same as searching it yourself; opening one of those sites from the answer is then free. The AI tools need a free account.
